We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cozyypaws.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Used or damaged items not due to our error
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
Gift cards
We only offer exchanges for items that are received defective, damaged, or in the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please email support@cozyypaws.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
